Wheelchairs at Pleasanton Games??

Would like to drive down to the 150th anniversary of the Games in Pleasanton, CA this year and would like to take my 92 year old mother. Although she can still walk under her own power, all day on her feet at the Games is a bit too much. Wondering if anyone knows if they might possibly have rental wheelchairs there?
