    Andy Murray's Wedding

Just found myself advising the Sunday Telegraph on the identity of the kilt worn by Andy Murray for his wedding. Interesting choice and nice to see. Journalist really do ask some silly questions though .

Whose going to be the first to get the tartan?

It's a nice tartan, but I had to Google who Andy Murray is. For non sports fans, he's a tennis player.

    Murray of Elibank perhaps?
Just Googled Murray tartan and this seems to fit.
A happy day for all concerned

The internet (where everything is true and real) says Andy's brother Jamie is the groom. The kilt remains the same either way, and I may add, a fine color combination.

The infinite wisdom of the internet withheld the wedding of Andy from me until today. Yes, both brothers are kilted the same in each photo. Thank you Liam for the heads up.

They appear to have worn the same kilts to both weddings....

Murray of Elibank it is. An interesting choice as it's a family tartan rather than one associated with the wider clan. Perhaps the brothers are descended from the Elibanks but I suspect it's just because they liked it.
