    Bakersfield Games 2015 anybody going?

The pipe band I play in has been hired to be the "guest band" for this weekend's Bakersfield Highland Games.

    Any XMarkers going?

Too bad the forecast says 89...

Working at the Long Beach Grand Prix this weekend or we might have taken a drive! Yep, bet we will enjoy the weather more than you do. . . Hunt some shade and stay hydrated (Black and Blues don't count, sorry).

    Thanks!

I've only been to the Bakersfield Games once or twice, and I don't recall there being much shade. I'm bringing a big hat and sunblock.

During the trio competition three of us decided to go over and compete... sorry we didn't do much in the way of tuning up! The tuning is brutal especially at the beginning
