    Roach (2015)

Roach (2015) - intended for Roche/Roach/Roch/Roache was registered and dedicated to those with the surname fallen in 1915. https://www.tartanregister.gov.uk/ta...aspx?ref=11251.
Please PM me if there's interest in passing the word along as I'm not sure if the rules allow posting the sites that describe the tartan design in detail and a project for weave/kilts.

Roach (2015) First Weave - Lambs wool scarf

We have a first weave! It is a scarf in lambs wool by an Ottawa area artisan, and the blue is too pale - but still, woven it is!!!

    The scarf:

and a pleating "mock up" for 16oz. It is woven half-sett thus the pleat width.

Hopeful of the indiegogo for 16oz kilts in the next 20 days

A shout out to anyone interested in getting the Roach (2015) Tartan. Also, to pass on to anyone with the Roch, Roach, Roche, Roache, LaRoch name. Only 16 days left on the campaign

In your "mock up" test pinning, be aware that the thin white lines might get lost in any tapering of the pleats, in the stitched portion of the fell, causing "spear points".

That is a very nice tartan! Congratulations to all the Roaches. It looks like it will make a beautiful kilt.

    Thanks Ken. Good advice
being half-sett and a light scarf, he was sending a bunch of what-ifs. That one caught my eye the most. With the actual cloth we will certainly take the proper time on pleating decision.
