Masters of Scottish Arts concert in Seattle
Anyone else going to go tomorrow night? My wife and I will be celebrating 16 years of wedded bliss, and we've heard this is a really great show.

I was there last year, won`t make it this time. I see this years` line up is pretty much the same, so I can assure you that you are in for a treat. Top notch performers and a great venue. Have fun!

Gents, it was an awesome show. Fabulous. We'll be going again next year. There was a nice mix of piping, drumming, fiddling, and Highland dancing. Fred Morrison was awesome.
There is a nice little eating area in the lobby, with coffee and gift shop as well. We'll eat dinner there next time instead of trying to brave the crowds elsewhere. The underground parking right there at the symphony is worth every bit of the $14 price.
Not that many guys in kilts, maybe 20,, and I have to say that all but a few of them should check in here to get some guidance on the norms of kilt wear. I'm far from being a Kilt Snob but it was painful.
Mark you calendars for early November, that's when tickets go on sale for this event.
I'll post a photo later, it's on my wife's phone.

1994 Dr Angus MacDonald, Portree, ‘Lament for MacSwan of Roaig’

NB Pipe Major Evan MacRae was one of my teachers at piping school, the year he won.

Very true, and my son lives in WA now, so I can combine a concert and visit!
