Super rad tactical kilt, FREE to good home
This is the final kilt to roll out of my sweatshop. I had some extra fabric from previous orders that I hated to see just sitting in my stash so I knocked this out. I'd planned to put it up for sale on Facebook but decided I'd rather kilt it forward instead.
The pattern is A-TACS LE, manufactured by Schott Performance Fabrics. It's poly/cotton ripstop like you'll find used in tactical clothing, with a fabric weight similar to what 5.11 uses for their TDK. Because of the dyes used to print the fabric it's quite stiff when new, but softens up with wear and laundering.
This is my tactical model, which was my most popular kilt by far. There are two big cargo pockets on each hip which can be removed. The pockets will swallow a 32oz Nalgene bottle with no problem, and each one has a smaller iPhone sized pocket inside. The waist is fastened with a 1" National Molding side release buckle and the under apron is secured by velcro. There are d-rings on the front and side belt loops and an adjustable webbing tool/key/whatever loop to the left of the front apron. Lastly, there's a hidden pocket sewn to the under apron that's a nice size for stashing a wallet and keys.
Size range in the waist is 38"ish to 43"ish. Hip is about 5" difference from the waist, an average based on looking at past orders. Length is 22".
Like the title says, I'm happy to give this kilt away to anyone who wants it. You're on the hook for $15 Priority Mail shipping, paid via Paypal, but I think that's still a steal of a deal. Post up any questions here in this thread or hit me with a PM if you want it.
