In my opinion, what we need is a reference gallery of different styles for kilts.
We need photos of how formal attire should look and fit, and be able to use that as a reference. Those of us that are looking for a jacket, kilt, or accesories only have vendor homepages to go by. I don't know about you, but I don't fit the mold of any of those "models" and that jacket is not going to look the same on me.
Richard Johnson has a great photo of himself in a formal jacket that he had tailored. He has been kind enough to answer some questions and lend some direction (thanks again Richard). This would be most helpful to people looking to go in this direction.
Examples needed:
Prince Charlie jacket
Argyle/ Crail/etc jackets
Tweed jackets
hose and flashes (there must be people that have no idea about these.)
etc.???
I think it would be most helpful to see real people in this attire rather than some pretty boy that likely changed into jeans right after the photo shoot.
Any thoughts?
