Question about Got-Kilt

For my next purchase, I'm considering several possible sources, and one that I keep coming back to is the "Got-Kilt" website. They seem to have pretty good photos, but I wanted to find out if anyone here had any advice or experience with them and their products. I'll admit I'm skeptical, and I want to know if my skepticism is founded or not.

My only experience with them was at the Georgia Ren-Fest. They had a stall there, selling kilts. Friendly people, and cheap prices, but the Ancient Buchanan kilt I looked at was at best a 4 yard acrylic "kilt". They offered to custom make me an 8 yard wool one, but I didn't pull the trigger. When I tried to get more details via email, later, I never got a response.
