Sad News - Bob Martin
Just before Christmas we lost one of the kilt making greats, Bob Martin – Online Obituary.
Bob and I worked together for several years, me weaving the tartan, him making the kilts. But he did so much more. A fine man and a sad loss.

It is sad to see Mr. Martin pass. I pray that his family and all of his friends may be comforted for their grief.
After reading the online obituary, I am sad to say that during the time he was at Bob Jones University (in Greenville, SC) I very possibly met the man but did not know who he was. I was a student at BJU from 1976 through 1980. It is a shame that I did not get to know this gentleman when I had a chance. May he rest in peace.
