    how to wear military kilt

i mind on how high above the navel my military kilt should be worn. i had it a hand bride above navel, but it seems to hight for me. wouldn´t it be better with only 1.5 inch, but then it would not fit without adjustement anymore
    thanks

One of my 8 yard kilts rises to the just under the ribcage at the front when the bottom is at the top of the kneecaps. I quite like it that long.

that up.... ok i see, at least my kilt would fit exactly this way perfectly then.
so i guess it would be impossible to get a shirt inside, cause it would look like a kilt that is much to big ;)
    thanks

My traditional comes about 1.5-2" above my belly button. Takes a bit of getting used to unless you're used to more traditional fitting clothes.
