Australian kiltmaker who can box pleat needed, any links?
I have 4.5 yards single width of a beautiful Old Stewart 16oz in 1819 Wilson's shades, bespoke woven by Andrew Elliot, Selkirk.
My kiltmaker has just told me that she can't box pleat and is too stretched with work. She suggested a gentleman named Michael Ayling from Sydney, I can't find him here though I suspect that he could be under a different user name.
Does anyone know of him or of an Australian kiltmaker who can make a good box pleated kilt?
Many thanks, David

Aussie kiltmaker
Heather at House of Tartan in Perth might be able to do it. She's semi-retired and sold the shop but still works there. https://www.thehouseoftartan.com/

Sorry I’ve been absent for a while and I’m only just catching up.
Michael is in Sydney and a medical professional
I doubt you’re going to have any luck with current Covid numbers in ICU
Here’s his Instagram

Where in Australia are you? With restrictions and Aust Post going soooooo slow it could be a while.
If you’re in Melbourne (eastern suburbs) I may be able to help
Edit: Michael A on Xmarks

Have you tried All Things Tartan/St Kilda Retail Australia in Ipswich QLD?
