Tallinn Tartan
A little tartan action in Tallinn today.
I went to an event hosted by the British Embassy at the Botanical Gardens. This fella helped in the proceedings. He is based out at Tapa with the NATO Battlegroup and serving with the Royal Tank Regiment. The tartan, I believe is Rose Hunting.
