Vintage Doublet
I'm still going through my wardrobe, seeing what I can fit into now that I've trimmed off most of my pandemic weight.
So here's a vintage (probably early 1980s?) doublet that I picked up a while back. Being honest, formal attire is not my forte, so please excuse the lack of a proper studded formal shirt and the use of standard brogues with this outfit.
That said, I love the style of this doublet, not to mention the colour. It has lovely (yet subtle) black accents at the lapel and the piping on the cuffs/tashes.
I swear, my beard doesn't look that grey when I look in the mirror!
