Cool 12 years and 6 kilts

Thanks for being here after 12 years! I received an email this morning and learned I joined in 2011. Wow... Great forum, even though I'm less active, still wearing my kilts, learning about kilt history, sporran styles, and Scottish ways of the kilt alongside other ways to wear one.

Time flies when we're having fun, right? Congrats on you longevity here at X-marks.

I had to look - and see I've been here over 11 years - and have been wearing kilts on and off for much of that time. Following long road trips in September and again in October this year (8,200+ miles total) and driving every day in a kilt I convinced myself that is the way to go - casual kilts for everyday wear - for comfort. I have now have had a kilt around my waist every day since September 6th.

My wife bought be a new utility kilt when we visited the Mall of America and has since then ordered me three more (that all arrived last week). Happy camper here...

If you are too busy to laugh, you are too busy.
