I've been waiting for it eagerly, while lacking any insight into just why there are multiple organizations that seem to have the same (or at least overlapping) purposes. Apologies for using a reference to "America's Game" to ask a particularly Scottish Question, and perhaps there's already an informed answer IN the forum.

And, as the son of an English Literature and Romance Languages teacher who's tombstone could easily bear the inscription (were there room for it) "There's no such thing as a sentence too long, as long as the tenses match, the infinitives are never split, and the adverbs and adjectives are arrayed properly" I'll risk one comment.

It appears that the overall design visible thus far has been wrangled by a coder who knows what works, but the people who've written the text could use some help with spelling, punctuation, etc, and I'm quite certain that is NOT just a reflection of English written in Scotland but read in the USA as reflecting "Britain and America: two nations, divided by a common language.

AND, I'll risk a bit more by asking two questions:

1. How DO the (I think there are at least 3) organizations that exist to codify and explain tartan relate to one another
2. Peter, could you peek at the thread I started with the appellation "All in the (Robertson) Family and address my questions about sett sizes? Thanks so much.

I saw the errant date too and thought it odd. So odd that I opened the element inspector in my browser to have a look. I was surprised to find that it's hard coded. Dates on websites are almost always a single line of js that pulls the date from the server, no manual updates needed (soft coding).
