    Prompted by the links on here, I have done some digging - I think it is the Forbes tartan! I think they may share it with the likes of the Liverpool Scottish etc. Who knew! Years in there, and I never knew we had a pipe band! Ha! goes to show what notice I took of things!

    Actually, I believe if you examine the piper's plaid closely, it is Ferguson of Athol, perhaps in the Ancient colours.

    Yes, now I've looked at the zoomed in closely, and looked at the set - it des seem to be a modern Ferguson of Atholl..... I wonder what the link is there?!
