Well, Hermann, that certainly is unusual, but what size are the utensils? If they are the same size as salt/mustard spoons, they will be just right for a kilt pin - although maybe a little small - but I cannot imagine having a normal sized spoon/fork attached to any of my kilts!!
Ah, I am with you when you say, "Now I just need the kilt for the pin!" I have several pins I have accumulated in readiness for kilts to put them on - almost enough to bring my Kilt Kollection to 100, in fact!!
