A while back, I posted some pics of my Robertson kilt made by Tartan Web. And, if you followed that thread, you know of my disappointment on receiving a kilt that was ill-made. It was sent back for redoing, and returned not much better.

Upon learning of my thread from Steve Ashton, Scott Chalmers, owner of TW got involved. And I do appreciate Scott's every effort to make things right. The new kilt was made in three days and was shipped shortly there after. I had it in my hand three days after posting. Scott, also, reimbursed my shipping charges, and included a nice sgian dubh.

TW has made every effort to support its customer, me! Not many companies would got to this length to make things right.
