Most things that annoy me are driving related.
I hate these with a passion:

Drivers who think that indicating gives them automatic right of way to barge in to my lane, often making a risky maneuver in the process. And then they actually progress to reduce speed, impeeding me further!
Slow-arsed drivers! The posted speed is 80kph. Damn well go 80kph!! If they can't or don't feel safe travelling at that speed then move over to the slow lane!

AND, those that decide that the correct place to start the school zone in an area that is 40MPH is 2 BLOCKS before said school zone so they slow down to 20MPH and hold up traffic during rush hour. Of course they make up for it by speeding up a good 5 or 6 car lengths before they are out of the school zone.

AND drivers who think that having their front foglights on 24/7 somehow makes them cool.
Vehicles with defective lights. I do wish the police would pull these people over and ticket them. How can they not realise one of their headlights is not working?

I've been pulled over for having a headlight out. I guess laws are just different in some places, but over here you can get a ticket for it.

How about brand new cars that are not equipped with turn signals? Or the fact that "yield" now means "only if you have time and are so inclined"?

Almost getting run down in the marked main crosswalk, going in to work at 0600 one day last week, some tool in an Audi SUV blew the stop sign, barely slowed for the speed bump, missed this fellow employee by about 5 feeet and did not slow, stop, let alone apologize.

Even worse is when the offending driver is a member of local law enforcement, and is too busy talking on their cell phone to pay attention that pedestrians in the crosswalk outside the courthouse have right of way. Too many times have I nearly been run down by them.
