USA Kilts (11 yard minimum and includes the cost of the kilt) or ScotWeb (minimum order of 4 meters @ $109/m for the fabric alone) can arrange it for you. Both are advertisers on this forum.

Alternatively, if you know which part of Scotland your family is from, you might consider a District tartan, which would likely be easier to come by.

This may be the rout I end up going. But It is my hope to see this tartan worn by those who have relation or related names to Hutchens again. To my knowledge no member of my family has worn the Hutchens tartan since the war for independence.
