Bear in mind that you’ll need two sizes: the larger for the jacket closure and the smaller for epaulets, cuffs and pocket flaps. It may be a challenge to find square horn/antler buttons in the correct sizes.

the tweed jacket is a balmoral doublet like this; I know the waistcoat takes smaller half inch size buttons but aren’t the gauntlet cuffs buttons & tashes buttons on this type of jacket same size as the front closure? (So basically all buttons on the doublet same size?)
