DON'T:
Randomly stumble across a picture of a fellow X-Marker misused dreadfully on a Stranger's Blog. (Yes, it's you Mr. Andrew Breecher.)
(Please, don't bombard the poor person with mean comments. Each to their own, after all.)
And the fellow picked such a modest picture as well!
Here are some other DONT'S I gleaned fro his page:
DON'T call it a skirt....come now, a joke? If that's all you can come up with, then please don't attempt humor.
DON'T assume you'll be cold...seriously he's just perpetuating one of those myths
DON'T get a "running kilt"...I'm sorry, I couldn't tell those apart from mini-skirts. That's fine if you wanna wear it, but don't call it a kilt.
That said, at least the writer googled around a bit to see how popular kilted hiking was. It's the start of learning more about a fine garment.
