One of my fav's is: If I wore anything under it, it'd be a ladies skirt This gets a few shocked smiles.

Guys, you have me cracking up, I like using the hidden pocket for some type of prop. Lets keep it going.

When I get the question "are you wearing anything under your kilt" I reply with "well check for dandruff on my shoes".

Then I'll get a rubber chicken tell them that you have 'something fowl' under there, then show 'em.

I've considered converting a rubber chicken into the coolest underwear ever, but I've yet to find a rubber chicken large enough.
Edit: Another fun prop gag, carry a piece of paper in the cargo pocket, and when you want impress/surprise/freak out someone, slip the piece paper into the condom pocket in the same suggestive manner. Then take your hand out and move around in odd dramatic way while making faces. Then after a moment or two, reach in and pull out some sort of origami creation (preferably a crane) and hand it to them.

To answer the 'Why are you wearing a kilt?' question, my favorite is one I was on here a while back:
All the women here are wearing pants and I didn't want to dress like a girl!
For "the question", I almost always use 'shoes and socks'

If asked why are you wearing a kilt-
Start singing "I feel pretty,Oh so pretty"an go into a dance srweling around as much as you can.
Im sure they'll go away.

I'm not very spicy, I usually tell folks they'll simply have to check with my wife.
I have to admit its amazing to me that we keep getting "the question", I've never thought to ask any one, no matter what they were wearing about their underclothing.
