    That's best answered by saying to wear the type of shoes you would wear if you were in trousers. Since it's a wedding, I wouldn't wear sneakers; that's just too casual to me. Wear a nice pair of shoes in the same color leather as you sporran and strap.

    OOPS!! I saw the mention on your brothers weddings and my mind attached to that.

    It sounds like you're going to be dressed pretty casually though, so I wouldn't go with dress shoes. I don't really like sneakers either though, so maybe if you had a soft leather shoe, coordinated with the leathers in your outfit.
