In my line of work the most important skill a person can have is the ability to sharpen a knife...and I can sharpen a blade of good steel so that it's "scary sharp." But while I could get an edge on the AC blade, it just wouldn't hold.
In any event, that kind of soured me on them although I like the long tang and the narrow width.
