Lucky, my son doesn't want a Gordon, the closest he has is his BW, though I think he prefers his Irish National.

Glad to see at least somebody got their kid into a Gordon. Is that a SWK? I had a time getting my son's sporran strap just right.

I'm not sure whether my son is even aware of what he has on . All he knows is he sorta looks like Dad so he's down with anything. It's a kid's thrifty from SWK and wears pretty well on him. And like I mentioned, I'm going to have to shorten his sporran chain some so he can wear. Now, if I could just find him a tiny kilt belt, he'd be complete!

Happened across this today, so if you've found something just ignore it...

Yer in Texas, eh? Find a tack shop or saddlery and buy a short piece of latigo belting. Stuff wears like iron -- I've got a piece of latigo cinch that I've worn as a belt for years. You can also find them with the notch and stud holes in one end to accommodate a buckle, then cut them to length and use a leather punch to put the holes where you need them.

He's small enough that a moderately sized man's western buckle would look good on him, and a 1 1/2-inch wide belt would be proportional to a wider kilt belt on the bigger lads.

    Just a thought...
