Nice scene but hate that heavy breathing!

Can I ask why you don't like it? I find the breathing very soothing. It's similar to the breathing pattern I use when I meditate.

I just find it irritating, like some beast or monster making noises in my ear, and the opposite of relaxing - we all have things we don't like and I certainly could not meditate to it but if it floats your boat that's fine.
I would rather have Gregorian Chant or something Classical.

Something I do when I get stressed, nervous, angry, etc. is to hold my breath. Arguably the worst thing you can do in that situation. I don't know where I learned that behavour but it's fairly common. I participated in a meditation seminar some time ago and the solution for me was to take those really deep loud breaths. I guess I associate that sound with the feelings I got during the seminar.
I have meditated to Gregorian Chants as well. Awesome stuff.
