OK, my advice is: If you take off your shoes in order to wade the lagoon and cast a fly for 'cudas etc, take your shoes with you, or hide them very well. ID and I had our shoes stolen, probably by the grounds crew who saw where we were going and what we were fixing to do.

Ron- if you get the chance, eat at El Pescador, on Margarita street a couple of blocks from the bus station. It is a neighborhood restaraunt, hardly anybody foreign there, the service does not speak English. Food is the best.

Ron, Marilyn and I ate there and the fish was great. It looked like every thing on the menu was good.
I hope the comments about the drug wars were tongue in cheek?
We had no problem in Mexico and we rode the Bus all over Cancun and down to Talum.
