I think that Parade Gloss may be a bit closer to Lincoln Stain Wax...or I might be wrong. I use both regular Kiwi Black polish and Lincoln Stain Wax Black in the same shining session. I use the regular Kiwi to build up my base coat. For finishing I used the Lincoln. I don't know if it's a bit softer or harder or what, but I find that it gives a much shinier finish coat than the Kiwi.
I need to get to a cobbler or order online to get some white bristle brushes (for my brown and tan shoes)...so when I do, I think I'm going to get some blue polish for a finish coat, as I've heard that it creates a little extra luster when applied as a finish coat over black boots/shoes. My black polishes are both kind cracked and dried out...maybe I'll order some Kelly's as well to see if there's any difference.
