Cool! by the way...WHAT THE CRAP HAPPENED TO YOUR ARMS?! Where you attacked by bees?!

Now that I am done channeling Danny Devito from "Twins", dude, you're a beast. Keep up the good work.

I joined a Masters Swimming group with a coach at the local Y.

This is my 3rd week. Swam 1700 yards in drills. Got cramps but stayed with it tonite.

    My first goal:1000 yards nonstop

    2nd Goal: 1600 yards nonstop

I had a heart attack this past Jan...one stent later,

    I needed cardio...picked swimming.

Count me in too! I could certainly do well to drop about 10-15 pounds!

    Re: Fitness Challenge!

I am impressed with many of the posts/people on this thread, but Rab and Reverend Graham--wow. Just the mental toughness required to keep going for that long is impressive. I've been put through my paces mentally and physically over the years, but you guys are awesome!

    Re: Fitness Challenge!

Well, just paid my entry fee for next years Deca Ironman UK, suppose I'd better get a bit of training done :-)
Any one fancy joining me ? there's a Deca, Quin, Triple, Double, Ironman and 100 mile run all starting from 1st of June 2012, geared up so we all finish on the same day, if your interested I'll post a link.
