Actually, the green velvet sporran I brought up in my first post would be best, except with silver embroidery for the cantle area.
And I prefer the scoop neck waistcoats with the "U" shape down the front.

That covers everything except the bolo, if I choose to wear one. I'm still pondering what shape and stone would be right for that.
I think that's full circle, though.

Ok I would go for all black look. Black brogues (not gillies) Black hose with possibly grey wool flashes. Black or black shadow tartan kilt (8yd wool) White shirt with single front pleat. Black vest/waistcoat. Black argyle jacket with pewter (not silver) buttons. Bolo tie and black fedora. Pocket watch with chain. Black cowhide sporran with grey tassels and pewter cantle.
I have everything except the black kilt and sporran.
