Autumn in the Highland Manor

Was an event held today at Old Government House in Parramatta Park. OGH was the residence of all of the early Governors of the Colony of NSW, including Lachlan Macquarie. The event was created to show Macquaries influence as a Scot on the colony.

Some Highland dancing, NSW Police Pipe Band, Scots fiddler Chris Duncan, some ceilidh dancing. Clan stalls were present also. Just a lovely day out, the cold hasn't hit yet.

Archie is a Scottish Deerhound, we've met before and I've been accused of trying to kidnap him before today.
