    Waistcoats/vests @ Target

For anyone who might be looking for an inexpensive casual waistcoat to mod for kilt wear, check your local Target. Mine has a few different styles and patterns right now, all for around $25.

I'm going to get one tomorrow in charcoal herringbone. I'm not sure if it will end up as a kilt accessory or not. Maybe I'll get two and mod one.

Pics to come once I get the waistcoat.

I saw those as well, but the Target I was in did not have my size in stock.

I look forward to seeing the photos (the closest target to me is two hours away.)

Target is two hours away? Where I'm at there are five Targets within a half an hour's drive...how they figger that they're not saturating their market, I have no idea but that's how many there are just on the South Side of Chicago.

They had some jackets in the Sunday advert that I was going to look at with a mind toward clipping them to kilt length.

When I lived in the Blossom Valley area of San Jose, I had three Targets within twenty minutes drive. Now I live outside a town with a population of 1100. The beach is ten minutes away, and it is not uncommon to see deer, elk, bear when one is out (the deer even wander through the town.)
