Retro Red Update - Requiescat in pace (see post #10)
This afternoon I visited Craig and his family. I took a print of the Craig's Corner sticky, and the thread "Let the pun begin.." We had some good humor about it, and began telling some Craig classics.
Unfortunately, Craig is not communicating today. I read the thread aloud so that he could hear it. The cancer is taking his life and I'm afraid that the end is not far away. What I do know is that his family is appreciative of this honor for Craig. They express their thanks. They also want you to know his status as Craig was very up front about what was taking place.
When I hear anything further, I will let you know.

Keep watch, dear Lord, with those who work, or watch, or weep this night, and give your angels charge over those who sleep.
Tend the sick, Lord Christ; give rest to the weary, bless the dying, soothe the suffering, pity the afflicted, shield the joyous; and all for your love's sake. Amen.
From the night service of Compline, The Book of Common Prayer 1979 (ECUSA) -- one of my favourite prayers.

Thanks for the update, and please convey our thoughts and prayers to him and his family. We were fortunate to have him here in Chicago for a kilt night just before this cancer became evident. I treasure the the times we had here with him
