I've started this program this very week. I haven't run since a motorcycle accident left me with a rod in my lower leg, but I used to LOVE to run. This starts you off slow and builds you up to running a 5k.

So monday I rocked front squats and clean pulls, and finished up with box jumps until my legs pretty much refused to work.

Tuesday, to "stretch the soreness out" I rode my bike for 7 miles.

Yesterday I did powercleans and cleanpulls in a garage probably 100* or so...

Today? I ate some grassfed steak and broccoli after a 32-hour fast, smoked a cigar and drank some scotch. It's about the most I can manage... tomorrow evening more of the same, but Saturday it's back to the hot garage to do more cleans, cleanpulls, etc...
Have fun and throw far. In that order, too. - o1d_dude
