So I guess I need to take in the kilts again. My older kilts are a wee baggy about the belly now that I'm doing Insanity. I never though that I would want to lose inches when I was pulling in at 135 in highschool but it's been a really cool feeling to have that flat stomach back and still weigh 170! I feel great and will continue working hard after the race by doing the Insanity/P90X hybrid so I can bulk up again.
How are the rest O' the Kilted Crusaders O' the House O' Fit doing?

Just to feel involved I cut out bread and bought a bike, resulting in a three inch reduction in waist size.
Not only that but my waist has migrated South, so I don't have any short kilts any more, they are either long or extra long.
The general weight loss has also caused my upper arms to shrink, so all my long sleeved garments are now drooping over my knuckles.
I think that I will have to remake almost my entire wardrobe before the cold weather arrives.
The cuff for my blood pressure monitor has had to be replaced with a smaller size as it could not be made small enough.
Ah well - an opportunity to use up some of the stash of fabric and yarns.
