It's not that I'm eating badly, I just need to trim the quantitiy to reduce my caloric intake. So, that's the renewed target.
Awesome! Sounds like you know exactly what to do. I know that sometimes the second part of a goal can be tough because we see what we have accomplished and think we are doing so good that we don't need to fous as hard. I get like that with my P-90X routine and my eating habits. Sounds like you are dedicated to breaking the cycle. Good luck and God bless!
