YOU SAID IT RON! I am equally mystified by the psuedo-MPD among our bretheren... Perhaps we need to get a Shirtless Rabble event going? You're all welcome to bare your chests in my backyard this summer, and then we can march to Parliament Hill, and retire to the Highland Pub in The Market! :-D Now THAT sounds like a positive step toward true kilt-freedom. :-D

Of course, we wouldn't be storming the Chateau Laurier for High Tea without our shirts, that would just be rude... Top-freedom has appropriate times and places which are needless-to-say, informal, but not exclusive of public view or solidarity parades.

This could be great, as women can go topless in our town here, so why shouldn't a bunch of kilties!
