By all accounts, tourism here in our Nation's Capital (Ottawa), is significantly down this season... Perhaps we should advertise our march in advance! I wonder if the National Capital Commission (NCC) or Ontario's Tourism Board would be interested in promoting it?
Like Adam said, Women have won their right to 'Top Freedom' here in Ontario thanks to the intrepid efforts of Gwen Jacob back in 1996. Nonetheless, Ontario bears no general resemblance to a proverbial "bead-party on Bourbon Street in New Orleans during Mardi Gras"---not that that would offend me if it did---neither would it particularly excite me either... Bodies are bodies.

Fascinating... How did that come about, and when? (kindly PM me some links to the issue)

It's basically a nondiscrimination law called SB200 that encompasses quite a few good issues but has created quite a stir here in Colorado - the bathroom/locker room aspects are in theory for the transgendered population, but the wording of the law could have some interesting ancillary issues. Just Google it and you can read many arguments from both sides. All the reactions get kind of crazy
