Well sounds like a great idea for you guys. I have already done it. Down from 182lbs to 147lbs in 2 years, waist size down to 36", blood pressure back to normal and cholesterol coming down by eating lots of oily fish and fruit n veg. I only eat meat once per week. I like walking but at age 65 there is only so much I can do. My dad was dead at 62 and he was very overweight.

Suggestion for a incentive. Buy a new kilt for the size you WANT to be, then work into it.
